Hey @wilsonphil52, welcome to the forum! When you say "the front outer air vents", are you talking about the cowl vents at the base of the windshield? If so, you might start by opening up the hood and checking for any kind of debris stuck in and around the vents. Or possibly the cowl pieces have become loose or damaged or are no longer fastened securely. Could even be the seal around the lower part of the windshield... In my experience, I have found that excessive wind noise is usually caused by something that has come loose on the car or by worn and/or deteriorated seals or weather stripping.
