Moderators

Becoming a moderator on ThePTForum.com is an unofficial, volunteer role. Moderators are not employees, affiliates or agents of ThePTForum.com and ThePTForum.com is not responsible for actions or inactions of moderators.

Members assigned the role of "Moderator" will:

  • Act in good faith and be respectful and cordial to other forum members and administrators of ThePTForum.com

  • Not promote or advertise products or services within the forum

  • Comply with these Terms and Conditions of Service, along with the moderation guidelines and content policies of ThePTForum.com. 

  • Take appropriate action whenever notified of content that violates ThePTForum.com policy or escalate matters to ThePTForum.com if necessary. If unsure of the appropriate action in particular circumstances, will contact ThePTForum.com.

  • Not act on behalf of ThePTForum.com and not represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of, or otherwise bind ThePTForum.com in any way. 

  • Not use any information obtained by ThePTForum.com except in connection with your role as a moderator. If you believe you have obtained any information inappropriately, you will contact ThePTForum.com. You will comply with the provisions in this paragraph, even after you are no longer a moderator.

  • ThePTForum.com may revoke your moderator role at any time, for any reason, and may overturn any action that you make as a moderator.

 

Right to Suspend or Cancel user account

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment
